Hello and welcome! I’m a neurodivergent dietitian who supports people in healing their relationships with food and body through a weight-inclusive, non-diet, and neuro-affirming approach. My work honors your lived experience and centers your autonomy.

As someone with ADHD and autism, I understand the real-life challenges that can come with executive functioning, sensory preferences, and fluctuating energy. You don’t need to mask or explain those parts of yourself here. Together, we’ll explore flexible and sustainable ways to connect with food, body, and self while supporting your overall well-being.

In our sessions, I won’t hand you a rigid plan or tell you what you “should” be doing. Instead, I’ll offer compassion and invite curiosity about what nourishment, comfort, and care can look like in your life. My goal is to meet you where you are and move at a pace that feels supportive rather than overwhelming.

kind words &
Redefined stories

With nutrition therapy, I have learned to love myself for me. I no longer look to a number for validation. I give myself permission to enjoy life and that might mean eating foods I enjoy and exercising less.

Redefined stories

I leave nutrition sessions feeling good about myself and knowing that with each session I learn to love myself a little more.
