Navigating food as a person with ADHD and/or Autism can feel like one more thing to juggle. Distractions, sensory sensitivities, and inconsistent eating habits make meal planning and staying on track feel like a constant struggle.
As a neurodivergent dietitian, I understand these challenges firsthand, and how they may present differently in each individual. Managing nutrition isn’t just about food—it’s about understanding how your brain works and finding ways to make eating feel like less of an item on your never ending to-do list.
If you’ve ever found yourself standing in front of the fridge, unsure what to make, or food has made your mental load feel unmanageable, you’re not alone. Myself, and many of my clients, face these exact challenges.
My goal is not to impose rigid rules or try to “fix” you, but to collaborate with you on finding practical, sustainable solutions that help you thrive. Together, we’ll focus on building flexible, capacity-based routines that support you without adding more stress to your already full plate. I know how tough it can be to make progress when your brain works differently, especially in a world of neurotypical advice, but it is possible with a different approach.
I practice from a non-diet, weight-inclusive lens that is grounded in empathy and understanding. I offer a compassionate, shame-free space to work through the obstacles you face, providing tools and strategies to help you feel less overwhelmed when it comes to food. I believe in meeting you where you are and understanding what truly works for you.

kind words & Redefined stories
With nutrition therapy, I have learned to love myself for me. I no longer look to a number for validation. I give myself permission to enjoy life and that might mean eating foods I enjoy and exercising less.
kind words & Redefined stories
I leave nutrition sessions feeling good about myself and knowing that with each session I learn to love myself a little more.
